Daneben ein progredienter, streifenförmiger, scharf begrenzter, depigmentierter Herd im Verlauf der sichtbar varikös veränderten Vena saphena magna links. Nach Krossektomie und Stripping-Operation der Vena saphena magna kam es zu keiner weiteren Progredienz des Vitiligoherdes. Möglicherweise stellt die Varikose einen Triggerfaktor für die Vitiligo dar.
